2. Scope and acceptance of these terms
These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the website www.rdla.hu (the "Website"). By using the Website, or by completing and submitting the contact form, the visitor accepts these Terms and Conditions.
3. Purpose of the Website and nature of its content
The Website presents properties marketed by the Provider and enables visitors to get in touch with the Provider. Property details shown on the Website (price, floor area, technical features, availability, etc.) are for information only; their publication does not constitute an offer or a binding commitment to conclude a contract under Hungarian civil law. Details may change over time, for example because a property is sold or its price or condition changes; for accurate, up-to-date information please contact us directly.
4. Using the property brokerage service
The Website itself cannot be used to reserve a property or to conclude a sale and purchase contract online; visitors may only express interest through the contact form. The actual brokerage service – discussions between the parties, viewings, making an offer and concluding a contract – takes place separately from the Website, under a distinct agreement with the Provider.
5. Technical surveys and expert services
On request and by separate agreement, the Provider also offers architectural and technical surveys and expert opinions. This service is not an automatic part of property brokerage; its availability and terms must be agreed separately with the Provider.
6. Intellectual property
The texts, photographs, graphic elements, logos and other content on the Website are works of T.J.Terv Bt. or the respective rights holders, protected by copyright. Any use, copying, distribution or publication of this content requires the rights holder's prior written permission.
7. Limitation of liability
The Provider takes all reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy of the information on the Website, but accepts no liability for inaccuracies resulting from typographical errors or from changes to the underlying data over time. The Provider is not liable for temporary unavailability of the Website, nor for the content or operation of third-party services independent of it, such as map services or social media platforms.

The Website may contain links to third-party platforms, such as Google Maps, Facebook or Instagram. The Provider accepts no responsibility for these platforms or for the content available on them.

11. Amendments to these terms
The Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions unilaterally; amendments take effect upon publication on the Website and do not affect matters already in progress.
